Home COVID-19 Update

Residents are asked to remain vigilant in their efforts to social distance, wear face covering, frequent hand-washing, and avoiding any group gathering.

An upward trend in an area served by the Conneaut City Wastewater Treatment Plant could be an early indictor that cases of COVID-19 may increase. 

Research has shown that non-infectious RNA from the virus that causes COVID-19 can be detected in wastewater as many as three to seven days before those infections lead to increases in cases counts.
