The Water Billing Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30a.m. until 4:30p.m.

In order to register you will need your account number from your water bill. 
Once registered you will be able to pay and view your account online.

For the Next	8,000 Gallons	$7.34 per 1,000 Gallons
For the Next	20,000 Gallons	$6.68 per 1,000 Gallons
For the Next	70,000 Gallons	$6.15 per 1,000 Gallons
For the Next	400,000 Gallons	$5.55 per 1,000 Gallons
For All Over	500,000 Gallons	$5.02 per 1,000 Gallons

Kingsville CODE 9:

For the first	2,000 Gallons	$23.07 Minimum
For the Next	8,000 Gallons	$8.05 per 1,000 Gallons
For the Next	20,000 Gallons	$7.44 per 1,000 Gallons
For the Next	70,000 Gallons	$6.84 per 1,000 Gallons
For the Next	400,000 Gallons	$6.21 per 1,000 Gallons
For All Over	500,000 Gallons	$5.71 per 1,000 Gallons

Bulk Water Rate $11.42 per 1,000 Gallons
Bulk Water Rate $5.90 per 1,000 Gallons for purchases of 200,000 gallons or more per transaction.

• In person at the City Hall Water Office at 294 Main Street during regular business hours Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 
• Payments may be left in the drop box after hours and will be processed the following business day.
• Payments may be automatically withdrawn from your checking account on or before the due date of each month.
• Payments may also be made at local banking institutions: Port of Conneaut Federal Credit Union.
